Here’s a link in reference to my earlier post on ACTA. If you aren’t aware of what this treaty involves you should start educating yourself. This is all types of bad news…unless your some super-mega media company trying anyway (except innovating) to save your dying business model.

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement scares me more than any other government issue in the news today. I hope that this gets shot down in the courts and is found to be unenforceable. Can we please stop passing laws and writing agreements to save dying business models?

I have yet to find a situation where the terms “family friendly” or “family values” were not simply euphemisms for some type of conservative religious belief. I also don’t appreciate the extremely narrow definition of family often thrown around in the media. There are many types of families. Explain to me the family for which this is not “friendly”?
